A sim card that is designed to save you money when you use a mobile abroad.

It should work in any sim free/unlocked mobile, it is unlikely to work in a phone locked to a network. If you have a locked mobile you would have to get it unlocked or use a different phone when abroad (they sell a cheap mobile for this purpose).
